What this site is for

The site describes the painting and surface repair services we offer, the areas we serve, and how to request an estimate. It is marketing and information. Nothing on it is a binding offer to perform work, a quotation, a professional opinion about your specific property, or advice you should act on without having someone look at the actual surfaces.

Estimates are not contracts

Submitting the estimate form, calling us or texting us starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a date, or commit either of us to anything. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written estimate and contract that describes the scope, the materials, the schedule and the price. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed document, the signed document controls.

Descriptions of our process on this site are how we typically work. The prep, the number of coats, the products and the sequence for your job are whatever your written estimate says they are, because they depend on what the surfaces need.
